	Nurdin Abdrazakov Chief Executive Officer Nurdin Abdrazakov has been working at the OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank” since July 2001. Under his management, the Bank has considerably improved its financial highlights and has got a leading position in the banking system of the Kyrgyz Republic. Before joining the OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank”, Mr. Abdrazakov had worked in the banking sphere for 9 years. His total experience in the banking system constitutes more than 16 years. In 2004 Nurdin Abdrazakov was announced the winner of the international contest “Manager of the Year in Banking”, in the “Dynamic Development” nomination. In 1992, Mr. Abdrazakov graduated from the Bishkek Polytechnic Institute, majoring in “Planning engineering”; in 2000, he received his master degree in “State and municipal management” from the Kyrgyz State National University. In 2004 he took a course of “Management advanced training” at the Study center under the State Property Administration Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic. Nurdin Abdrazakov was born in 1969; he is married and has three children.
	Nurdin Lailiyev Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Loans and Business Development Nurdin Lailiyev has been working as a Deputy CEO of the OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank” since January 2007. Before, from November 2005 till January 2007, he had been holding a post of the Advisor to the CEO. Mr. Lailiyev has been working in the banking sphere since 1992. He held different positions at the External Economic Relationships Department of the Monetary Administration of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic. Before taking a job at the OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank”, he had worked as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of OJSC “Energobank”. Nurdin Lailiyev is a graduate of Moscow National Economy Institute after G.V. Plekhanov. His major is “Planning of national economy”. He also studied applied market economy and financial analysis at United Vienna Institute. Mr. Lailiyev was born in 1970; he is married and has two children.
	Shevelyova Tatiana Vladimirovna Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Client Management activities and Regional Network development Tatiana Shevelyova has been employed as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer by the OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank” since January 2008. She has worked in the banking sphere since 1994. Mrs. Shevelyova before joining OJSC “AsiaUniversalBank” had worked as a Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Russian-Kyrgyz OJSC “Amanbank” T. Shevelyova graduated from Kyrgyz National University after J. Balasagyn and got a degree as an “economist-manager”. While working at the banks of the Kyrgyz Republic Mrs. Shevelyova took study courses in different training centers of Kazakhstan, Switzerland and the USA. She also took in-depth training at “Demirbank” (Istanbul).
