Signing Up to the Internet Banking Service

To be able to use our Internet banking opportunities, you have to do the following:

1. Make an agreement with the bank about using the Client Terminal application;

2. Install the Client Terminal application to a computer you’re going to manage your account from (see the Software section);
3. Request access to the Client Terminal via one of the offered authentication schemes (by your choice):
1. using a username and a password provided in a sealed user envelope (you can get a user envelope in the main office or in any of our representative offices);
2. using a personal digital certificate stored in your computer’s local registry (you can request a personal digital certificate on our site here);
3. using a personal digital certificate stored on a smart card (you can request a personal digital certificate on a smart card by mail or get it in our office; see Client Terminal Installation and Maintenance Prices).

To open and read .pdf files,you must install Adobe® Reader® 5 CE 12,69 MB (free download from official site of Adobe Systems Incorporated www.adobe.com). The CE (Central Europe) version supports Russian and other European languages.
