Bank guarantee

Bank guarantee is one of the means to secure the fulfillment of the obligations. The AsiaUniversalBank offers and maintains tender and contract guarantees.

The bank guarantee is available upon provision of the following documents:

• Guarantee Application;
• Guarantee questionnaire;
• Full financial statements as of the end of the last fiscal year, including a Profit & Loss Statement (Income Statement), a Balance Sheet and any other applicable financial statement reports, prepared in accordance to GAAP or IAS;
• Applicable legal agreements (i.e. vendor contract, purchase and sale contract)
• Collateral or other documents, which may be required to secure the guarantee;
• Other documents, similar to the documents required to establish an account shall be required.
