By opening an account with AUB you are establishing a mutually beneficial relationship between you and the Bank. Foreign legal entities (except for CIS) shall produce the following documents to establish accounts with the AsiaUniversalBank:
- Customer questionnaire;
- Customer account application;
- Agreement for establishing and maintaining customer accounts in local and foreign currency;
- General provisions for establishing accounts and maintaining accounts in local and foreign currency signed by customer;
The following documents shall be legalized in accordance with the established procedure:
- Certification of Incorporation;
- Articles of Association or any other document determining the business of company;
- Memorandum of Association, if any;
- Notarized specimen card of authorized account signatories and seals;
- Document certifying powers and authorities of account holder(s) and, if necessary, a Power of Attorney authorising to operate an account;
- Copies of the account holder(s)’ passport;
- Extract from the Registry of the country in which the company has been incorporated (if the company was registered more than one year ago);
- Customer information.
In order to utilize the Client Terminal (AUB’s Internet banking system), the following additional documentation is required:
- Agreement on client terminal usage.
Legal entities from CIS countries shall produce the following documents to establish accounts with the AsiaUniversalBank:
- Customer questionnaire;
- Customer account application;
- Agreement for establishing and maintaining customer accounts in local and foreign currency;
- General provisions for establishing accounts and maintaining accounts in local and foreign currency signed by customer;
- Notarized Articles of Association (Charter);
- Notarized Memorandum of Association or notarized copy of Resolution of Incorporation (one member);
- Certification of State Registration (notarised copy);
- Certificate of Tax Registration;
- Certificate of Registration in Statistics authorities (copy of statistic card);
- Notarised copy of a document certifying powers and authorities of account holder(s) (Resolution, Minutes of shareholders meeting to appoint a CEO, Resolution of Subscriber to appoint a CEO – for legal entities with the sole member);
- Notarized specimen card of authorized account signatories (blank forms may be obtained at the Bank);
- Copies of the account holder(s)’ passport.
In order to utilize the Client Terminal (AUB's Internet banking system), the following additional documentation is required:
- Agreement on client terminal usage.
Constituting and other documents of foreign legal entities shall be translated in Russian and notarized. The package of documents shall be legalized before submitting to the Bank.
