The Bank structures its recruiting program exclusively on a merit basis. The priority recruitment criteria are high qualification, creativity, tolerance and loyalty to the Bank’s traditions and ethics.
Recruitment procedure
Your application for any vacant position in AUB will be evaluated upon submission of the following documents to HRM@aub.kg, fax: 996 (312) 62 02 50:
- Resume with photo in Russian and English. The resume shall contain:
- Personal bio-data – Date of birth, marital status, permanent address, telephone, e-mail and etc;
- Professional background – list your previous positions and describe the core competencies;

- Educational background (Bachelor and Master Degrees, seminars, trainings, courses, internships and so on);
- Diplomas, certificates and etc;
- Knowledge of foreign languages - indicate a level of your knowledge;
- Computer skills - indicate programs which you can operate;
- References – list names and contacts of two people;
- Personal reference – list qualities which fully characterize your personal and professional background.
- Cover letter in Russian and English, where you ground a desire to work at AUB.
- Letters of Recommendation.
Your application documents will be carefully considered within two days. The short-listed candidates are invited for the interview. Your documents will be recorded in the AUB database. All the submitted documents will be used for business purposes only. The Bank guarantees full confidentiality to all the applicants.
The recruiting procedure undergoes through three stages: 1) consideration of the application documents, 2) interview with the HR-manager and middle-level manager, and 3) interview with the top-manager.
