Being aware of importance of the country’s track record at the international athletic arena as well as of popularization of healthy life-style, the Bank regularly renders its support to youth sports.

AUB is a permanent sponsor for competitions that are held by Federations of track-and-field, kickboxing, equestrian sport, swimming, billiard sport and by Associations of judo and “Dzhigits of Asia”.

AUB is the general sponsor of a Soccer club “AUB-Asyltash”. Thank to AUB’s sponsor support sportsmen purchase necessary sports kits, conduct drills, take part in international competitions and obtain rewards.

Taking part in the swimming championship of Asia that was held in Indonesia in August 2007, the swimmers from Kyrgyzstan won 7 medals; among them are 2 gold and 3 silver medals. AsiaUniversalBank provided funds for preparation for the championship and for participation in it.

From time to time AsiaUniversalBank itself acts as an organizer of sports events. In February 2007 the Bank carried out “AUB-Profi” mini-soccer Cup tournament.Some professional soccer teams from Bishkek fought for the considerable prize money in the exciting game.
