AUB Scholarship Grants Program

AUB’s nominal scholarships were instituted in the year of 1999. The scholarships are granted to students of institutions of higher education who specialize in the sphere of finance and banking. Obtaining of such a scholarship is a result of a serious competition among students, the results of which are broadly covered in mass media. Besides, the amount of the scholarship is one of the largest in the country. All these make the Bank’s scholarship an effective and fair instrument for encouragement of talented youth.

During 8 years of its existence the scholarship became a prestigious award in Kyrgyzstan.

After graduating from their institutions of higher education, a lot of students with proud noted in their resumes that they were nominal scholars of AsiaUniversalBank. Grant-aided students also have a right to do practical work at “AsiaUniversalBank”.

Some of them later become the Bank’s employees.

The competition for the nominal scholarships is carried out twice a year at the beginning of each semester (in September and in February). Students of senior courses who have excellent grades for their major subjects are eligible to apply for AsiaUniversalBank’s scholarship. For participation in the competition students should fill in an application form, which is available at the Bank’s web site, tender an official transcript and one recommendation from the sub department of their institution of higher education, and write an essay on the announced economical topic.
